I simply hammered my long run this morning. I did four loops of sugarhouse like normal. I ran the final three loops in 11:22,11:08,11:22 (5:38 avg). I slowed down on the last one because my glute became sore. After I was done with the loops I stretched it out a little and then ran hard all the way home. I ran from sugarhouse home in 23:26, I started to suffer running the hills along 1500 east, however and my pace on the way home was probably a little over 6 per mile.
